The Food Expert:
Our farm specialises in the cultivation of aromatic and medicinal plants. We also cultivate and process small fruits, including the collection of wild species.
In addition to the cultivation and processing of more common medicinal herbs (mint, lemon balm, calendula, cornflower, monarda, sage, thyme, lemongrass, lavender, chamomile, etc.), we have chosen to grow more specialised medicinal plants such as sea buckthorn and aronia. In order to respect biodiversity, we use small areas of land for each cultivated species to grow aromatic medicinal herbs.
Cancellation policy: all bookings for the medical herbs and healing with plants experience can be cancelled within 3 days from the start date of the experience. Read the Terms and Conditions.
We are seven family-run farms, five wineries and two distilleries, located in the Cembra Valley.
In the heart of Trentino, the Cembra Valley is known for its terraces built on steep, sunny slopes and dedicated to heroic viticulture, which give rise to the production of fine wines.
A varied landscape, rich in alpine lakes and coniferous forests, which the inhabitants shaped while preserving its wild beauty. Witness and soul of the Valley itself is the stunning terraced landscape with over seven hundred kilometres of dry-stone walls, where vineyards have found a favourable habitat to the growing of vines since Etruscan times.
We produce together important local wines such as Müller Thurgau, Chardonnay, Teroldego, Trento Doc sparkling wines, grappa and the renowned Trentino Speck.
