What to expect
On our farm at the foot of Mount Etna, the kitchen brigade will guide you through flour, eggs and cooking techniques, in a fascinating journey to learn the secrets behind the creation of a perfect dish.
The course is suitable for experts and beginners who share a love of good food. Wearing a kitchen apron and hat, you will recreate tasty specialities with your own hands.
At the end of the lesson, enjoy the dishes you have prepared and an excellent bottle of Etna wine for lunch or dinner: what better way to end an authentically Sicilian day?
