We will begin the experience with a short introductory lesson on truffles. You will learn about the development and growth of truffles and truffle plants, anecdotes and curiosities about the world of truffle, the role of the trifulau and the training of truffle dogs.

At the end of the truffle hunting experience, a small food and wine break in the woods awaits you! The Food Expert:

My story is the story of a passion handed down from my grandfather. When I was a child, I used to go with him to find this strange mushroom, which did not yet have the celebrity it has today. I didn’t really know what Alba truffle was, what the smell meant, but I loved going out with my grandfather and his dog and breathing in the scent of the woods.
I liked it so much that I wanted to take up the tradition of white Alba truffle hunting, a centuries-old tradition in the Langa.
