What you’ll do
You will leave Campobasso and visit the Church of San Bartolomeo. You will then reach the Church of San Giorgio, the oldest in Campobasso.
After the visit, you will leave for Matrice where you will participate in the preparation of Molise’s fresh pasta: the famous cavatelli. After a tasty lunch, you will dedicate the afternoon to visiting the church of Santa Maria della Strada.
You will then reach Petrella Tifernina. In the historic centre, you will find the church of San Giorgio Martire.

They have an elongated shape and are hollowed out on the inside, which is achieved by gently pressing a small piece of pasta with the fingers.
